Tristan is based in Surrey where he runs a competition yard Fellside Horses.

Tristan's Biography

"I began riding from a very early age starting my riding as a two year old on a naughty welsh section A called Scooby-doo  which I competed in lead rein classes and mounted games Scooby is still alive and kicking living out his retirement at Fellside, as a five year old I joined the pony club at my local branch the Old Surrey and Burstow here I spent many happy hours competing in Tetrathlon events the ponies gradually got bigger and I have fond memories of Mouse, Splodge, Bracken and Brandy  Tetrathlon consists of 4 seperate events shooting, swimming, running and xcountry riding and with my ponies and parents many weekends were spent around the country including Sweden. As a teenager I began competing at showjumping and this is now my life."

"I have been producing selling and competing show jumpers. I currently have four competition horses and one brood mare I also school and compete for clients."

Tristan's Horses

Mosstown Ellie Jones a 16.2 bay  Irish/Warmblood  9 years mare Ellie came in to sell as a green 5 year old. I formed a strong bond with her and ended up buying her for myself and have produced her through British Novice to the 1.30 that she now competes in.

Floria II a seven year old 16.1 bay Belgian Warmblood I have produced her through the grades she has qualified for the 2012 newcomers second rounds and is currently jumping foxhunters 1.20.

Fellside Red Dane a nine year old Irish/Warmblood gelding – Ginger has been with us 2 years and he has also qualified for the discovery and newcomers second rounds for 2012 he is currently competing at 1.10 to 1.20 level.

Espresso II a five year old German Warmblood gelding is the new kid on the block we purchased him in April  to produce for the young horse classes. He has jumped double clears at British Novice level and we are pleased with his progress.

Glen Amber a 12year old Irish/Warmblood mare who is in foal to Don VHP Z whom we are hoping will produce a good jumper.

I have produced and sold on other horses including Legal Luck, Fellside Jubilee Splash, Royal Rubi, Royal Mountaineer, Fellside Patience, it is nice to know that these horses are all doing well with their new riders.
