The information on the form you submit will be held and used by Inter Equine limited in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act for the purpose of order processing, account administration, statistical analysis, business analysis. Forgot your Password

If you've forgotten your password, just enter your email address on the 'Forgot your password' page, and we'll email you your password information. Then simply follow the instructions in the email to change your password.

Your Transaction Security

www.inter-equine.com is certified as secure

At Inter Equine we use secure server software which encrypts all your personal information which prevents it from being accessed or read by any third party. You can check that you are in a secure area of our site by looking at in the browser at the bottom of the page and you will see a padlock. In addition you will see that the our website address now starts with https://

From time to time a notice may appear on your screen alerting you to the fact that you are moving from a secure server to one which is not secure. Do not be alarmed by this. The secure part is where we take personal or credit card details from you and is covered by our security guarantee.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Phishing

Phishing is the practice of tricking someone into giving confidential information. Examples include falsely claiming to be a legitimate company when sending an e-mail to a user, in an attempt to get the user to send private information that will be used for identity theft and fraud.

We'll never ask you to send any personal details via email. If we require such details, for security reasons we'll ask you to contact us by phone. Should you receive an email claiming to be from robinsonsequestrian.com requesting this kind of information, please do not respond but let us know.

 

Ordering

Change or cancel an order

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01656 762292 any time between 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday or email 
support@inter-equine.com Please be ready to quote your order number.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange.
 


Track your order

To check your order status, sign in and click on the
‘My orders’ link you will then be able to view your orders.

Order Open means your order hasn't been processed yet.

Order Processed means your order is being made ready for shipping.

Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.

Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

If your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. Sign into '
My Account' If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email support@inter-equine.com or call us on
01656 762292 any time between 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday


If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out at different times and so arrive separately. If this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, postal orders and and all major credit/debit cards as follows:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron cards.


Can I use my gift vouchers to order on the website?

Yes!  We now have an online voucher system where you or your friend will receive notification of a unique online code that they can use at their convenience, online. They can use the voucher code as many times as they like until the value of the voucher has been redeemed.


Price Changes

Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
