The postal charge is dependent upon the weight, size and destination of your parcel. Please call our customer support team on 01656 808001 any time between 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, they will help and advise you of the postal cost of your order. Alternatively you can send an e mail to email@example.com for information regarding international shipping.
If you would prefer a postal quote prior to ordering, please send an email with the items which you require to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our operators will reply with a postal charge.
Due to flying restrictions, liquids, aerosols and gels can no longer be delivered outside the UK and Ireland.
Our delivery time varies from 5 to 12 working days, depending upon a number of factors. Generally speaking, we are able to ensure you order is delivered within 5-7 days but on occasion, demand is such that unfortunately, deliveries may take a little longer.
It is impossible to keep all of the HKM items in stock in every model, colour and size as there are over 2000 products from HKM in all size and colour variations (some products available in 48 colours) on our website. Ordering from HKM Germany and having it delivered to us does take 3-4 working days, this can mean HKM orders can take a little longer which is why we quote up to 12 working days. Rest assured shipping from us is swift on a first class tracked basis, ensuring orders are received by customers within 1-2 days after posting.
We try and ensure our postage costs as fair as possible to all customers. We heavily subsidize the cost of postage for the average sized orders we receive. Due to the nature of the products we sell most are heavy and larger items, by having one standard postage charge it not only provides clarity before customers begin shopping it also is great value for money for those ordering more than 3 items. We feel postage is better being a set charge as oppose to a charge based on product weights, meaning customers will only see the postage costs at checkout.

- Have been purchased less than 14 days ago,
- Are unsoiled,
- And have not been personalised or customised in any way for example products customers have ordered embroidery on before despatch.
Please note: Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty. Item within the 'Super Sale' section of the website are refundable but exchanges cannot be offered at the sale price. Saddles that are ''special ordered' from manufacturers are non refundable once received by the customer unless of course there is a manufacturing fault.
Distance Selling Regulations
If your order has been placed via the telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not include CDs, DVDs or software that has been opened/unsealed.
To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the products including the original postage you must contact us at email@example.com or write to, Inter Equine Ltd, Unit C5, North Road, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, CF31 3TP within 7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) after the day your order was received. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
